A Taste of 'la France'

 

'Découverte du Terroir'... the evenings supper comprises of a large plateau of charcuterie, artisanal terrine and cheeses served with concombre à la crème à l'ancienne, an old French recipe handed down from Gérald's Grandma and a basket of freshly baked bread.  Pudding follows as French gâteaux or tartelettes.  Accompanying supper is a bottle of wine specifically chosen by Gérald to compliment the evenings cuisine.

NOTE:  All produce we use is sourced from artisans known to us and comprises of regional and local produce.  When available all summer salads and fuits will be hand picked from our potager.  A minimum notice time of 48 hours is required.
