A Taste of la France - 'Découverte du Terroir'

Sourced from artisans known to us our tables d'hôtes comprises of regional & local cuisine and is accompanied by wines chosen by Gérald to compliment the evenings supper.

Dinner will commence with a customary aperitif, a bottle of sparkling wine before the main platter is presented.

Dinner comprises of a large plateau of charcuterie, artisanal terrine and cheeses accompanied by fresh seasonal salads, including concombre à la crème à l'ancienne, an old French recipe handed down from Gérald's Grandma and a basket of fresly baked bread.

Pudding follows as French gâteaux or tartelettes.
