Nightly Cottage Rate - minimum stay 2 nights

Terms & Conditions

~ To confirm a reservation a 50% non-refundable deposit is

required, the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior

to arrival.

~ A local tax of 1,15€ per person per night is payable on arrival.

~ As a cautionary measure against any damage & breakages to

the cottage/cottage items a retainer of 150€ is required on

arrival.

~ The retainer is refundable after a cottage inspection and the

cottage keys returned on the morning of departure.

~ Arrival to 'Annie's House' is from 17h00 onwards.

~ Departure from 'Annie's House' is at 10h00.

~ During a 2 week reservation a cottage clean, change of bed,

bathroom and household linen is included.

~ The cottage is not suitable for babies over the age of 12 months.

~ We regret no pets are allowed.

~ Smoking is not permitted.
