Five nights at 'La Bellevue' was the perfect way to introduce us to the Loire Valley. Our gite was a warm and comfortable stay in very peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Sarah-Jane & Gérald are wonderful hosts and their warm hospitality and friendliness is simply infectious. Sarah-Jane is an inspirational lady with a mission - to make our stay simply fabulous. We'll be back again one day.

We have just come back from a visit to the Loire Valley and although this was not our first visit to the area, it was our first experience staying in a gite - which was beautiful. The gite itself was of a very high standard and La Bellevue has a lovely peaceful atmosphere. Sarah-Jane & Gerald are lovely hosts and couldn’t have made us feel more at home and comfortable. Sarah-Jane works very hard to make you feel at home and your every need is catered for. Gerald’s knowledge of wine is truly amazing and the tour of their Domaine is not to be missed. Gerald’s shows that wine tasting can be both informative and lots of fun. Lovely, lovely, lovely we will definitely be going back next year.

Our stay at 'Annie's House' was delightful, in such a beautiful setting and a very comfortable gite. Gérald, Sarah-Jane & the kids couldn't have been better hosts without being intrusive. Géralds great knowledge of good wine, which he has shared with us was an added bonus to the fabulous holiday of good weather, great food at the local markets and a very relaxing time. Thank you so much and we would have no hesitation to recommending you to any of our friends and hopefully we will be back.
If you need an olympic size swimming pool and can't stand bird song - this is not the place for you! If you want good food, excellent wine and wonderful hosts, give it a whirl!!

What can we say:- our stay at La Grange Henri was delightful. The accommodation was beautifully presented for our arrival and stay. Sarah & Gerald are the perfect host & hostess leaving you to follow your own desires as you wish or 'at hand' for you if required. The anxiety one may feel to be a guest of complete strangers is immediately relieved upon meeting Sarah-Jane & Gérald. 'La Bellevue' is certainly one of the most enchanting, beautiful places we have ever been to and the Beaumonts are two of the best hosts any guests could ask for! Their beautiful village is set on a hill, something one only imagines in their dreams. It is peaceful & serene, yet only a short distance from the breath taking Châteaux and other Loire Valley attractions. On the night we arrived we experienced an amazing dinner complete with Géralds delicious wines which paired perfectly with the evening.

We stopped for a night at Annie's cottage, part of 'La Bellevue' and had the most fantastic experience. Our wine-tasting and wine tour with Gérald was fascinating and informative, and Gérald & Sarah-Jane were the warmest and most hospitable of hosts. Their attention to detail is amazing and we enjoyed our time with them enormously. And we have discovered a new favourite wine!!
