After 10 years in the UK Gérald returned to Paris successfully opening a 'cave à vin'/'bar à vin', which boasted an annual reference in the 'Top 10 cave à vin'/'bar à vin to visit in Paris, but with a desire to retire from city life, Gérald returned to the Loire Valley.   Today Gérald represents and markets the wines from Domaine de la Paleine, a highly referenced vignoble, enjoying growing recognition in France, UK and Europe.   Enthusiastic and knowledgable about his industry Gérald is increasingly recognised in his field and is frequently invited to speak at wine tasting events organised by Michelin starred restaurants, renowned and boutique hotels.
