Pouançay Pouançay is petit, picturesque and oozes all the charms of a typical French wine producing village.   Surrounded by beautiful countryside and local vignerons vines this pretty area begs to be explored.  Endless networks of well worn grass tracks lead you to delightful sleepy hamlets and fairytale châteaux whilst la table d'orientation boasts magnificent 360° views over the Val de Loire and Vienne plain.
